I didn’t just fall into this business, I’ve lived it from every angle. For over 26 years, I ran successful real estate brokerages in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. I’ve served as Past Chairman of the Board for the largest MLS in Southwest Florida, coached and mentored agents nationwide, trained brokers on building sustainable businesses, and taken the stage as a national speaker to share what actually works in real estate.

Over the years, I noticed the same thing happening again and again, retirees making costly relocation mistakes. They’d pick their “forever home” based on a vacation vibe, a golf buddy’s recommendation, or some glossy magazine list… and then call me a year later wondering how to undo it.

So I shifted gears. I stepped away from running brokerages, built a network of vetted agents across the country, and launched Retirement Life USA to give people the guidance no one else was giving them. I’m not here to sell you on a location, I’m here to make sure the place you choose actually works for your money, lifestyle, and sanity.

Now, through my YouTube channel, newsletter, and private community, I combine hard data, local insight, and a little sarcasm to help pre - and post-retirees figure out where to live next, without screwing it up. Because retirement should be about freedom, not regrets.
